"Chicken Arabian Style" from Taco Bell, Yakima, WA
4 lg Chickenthigs 300 g Pepper, green + red 100 g Onions 200 g Mushrooms 100 g Corn 300 g Tomatoes 1/2 sm Garlic, clove of 200 cc Tomato juice 2 tb Salt 1 tb Pepper 2 ts Cumin 2 tb Sumach 1 ts Cardamom 1 tb Curry 1 tb Soy Sauce 1 ts Chilli Sauce, sweet Salt and pepper the chickenthigs and fry in pan til they become brown. Peel tomatoes, cut pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes in pcs. of 3 cm, cut onions in rings. Give all vegetables in a large oven mould, add the chicken and press into til the surfaces are equal. Give all spices into the tomato juice and mix well. Pour the juice over the mould. Bake in preheated oven at 175oC for 60 min. Non muslims can add a glas (200 cc) of dry white wine after 50 min. To serve with rice.

Amazing menu - vegetarian and more!
DESCRIPTION: Ever feel like you want to order about 10 different things off the menu? Ramblin' Jack's has daily specials that complicate it even further! The food is VERY fresh - and there is a large vegetarian selection (not for me, but it's very tasty anyway!). The service is terrific - they are very accommodating to special requests. The chefs are the stars here - very creative dishes are the norm. Apple pizza, black bean tiger prawn ravioli, cowboy mashed potatoes. Hearty servings of all the food - don't fill up on the appetizers - the main courses are well worth it. All plates very customizable with delicious sides. My dad thinks their key lime pie is the best he's ever had (they soak the crust in real lime juice). Good drinks - helpful waitstaff. Terrific location in a renovated historic building downtown. Great for people watching or enjoying the artwork. This is one of my favorite places to go!

Best chili in Seattle
DESCRIPTION: Okay, I haven't tried all the chili in Seattle, but this is easily the best I've found. I'll go downtown just to eat lunch here. Several varieties of chili, and you can choose what to have the chili over (beans, pasta, rice). They're all good.
