"Peanut Chili Dip" from Capp&gino's, West Lafayette, IN
1/3 c Peanut Butter (any variety) 3 T Water 2 T Soy sauce 2 T Lemon juice 2 t Honey 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced 1 T Chili powder 1 ds Crushed dried Red Pepper GARNISH: finely chopped peanuts and dash of paprika, optional. Stir peanut butter and water into a paste and add other ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish. Makes 2/3 cup This dip is perfect with bland crackers, or with a variety of fresh vegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, green or red pepper, or cauliflower. NOTE: Add more water if your peanut butter is too firm.

DESCRIPTION: My new favorite place in Bloomington for business lunches and romantic dinners. Superb atmosphere. Seating available at both regular table and living-room sofas and couches. Tapas and wine selection are excellent. The lunch sandwiches were a bit bland, tapas are definitely better although the tapas selection is not extensive.

DESCRIPTION: I had an Italian sandwich that was very taste, came with chips for a little over $6.00 plus drink. They were out of soup that day, generally speaking they have a limited menu, but everything looked good. The others that I ate with were pleased with their meal. The second floor is very nice. It is a lounge and bar with a couple of TV's. They were also offering brunch for Mother's Day as well as a wine tasting course. Overall pretty good. I don't drink coffee, but the two in my party that got coffee were very pleased.
