Food not as good as Golden Corral
DESCRIPTION: Ryan's food is not as good as Golden Corral, vegetables always taste soggy and tasteless. I do like the desert bar though it is better than Golden Corral. Hope they try harder because my husband like to go here for the all you can eat steak!

Timberline Is Our Choice
DESCRIPTION: We love Timberline. We have eaten at both the east and west Wichita locations. Whenever we dine out, Timberline is always one of our top considerations. The sweet potatoes are wonderful. Don't miss it.

Ripped off at Applebee's
DESCRIPTION: Had the ribs at Applebees in Grand Forks Tues night. Terrible, cold, no meat, only bone and bbq sauce,french fries and ribs served cold. Told the waitress,she said "thats too bad" and walked away,did nothing about it. Paid for meal that was not eaten, but will never go back to Applebee's. Also plan to tell my friends about the experience.

Not this One!
DESCRIPTION: This version of Applebee's stunk! After two visits, the food never got more than luke-warm, and the service was terrible. There is a bright side, however. For a GREAT Applebee's experience, head to the one in the Riverwalk Center (downtown) in East Grand Forks about 2-3 miles away. Everything done wrong at the Columbia Drive location is made up for in East Grand Forks (just across the Red River of the North next to the Blue Moose).

A polished supper at the Rusty Scupper
DESCRIPTION: This reviewer actually had lunch, but what good is a review without a cute tag? This brass, wood and glass fish-house provided an excellent meal and excellent experience; the fresh catch of the day (in my case, Yellowfin) was prepared very nicely - cooked through without becoming dry. The wait staff was pleasent, helpful and didn't hover. My waiter was thoughtful enough to suggest early entry on a Valentine's day reservation list. The wine list was good, but not extensive. All in all, great dining... well worth the money and worth putting on your repeat list. I am going back to enjoy more meals before I travel home

Paying for the Location
DESCRIPTION: A nice place to impress someone, but very overpriced. We had been to the one in Baltimore Inner Harbor and really liked their Sunday brunch. $26.00 for prime rib was a little too steep for me. The menu did not have a lot of choices.

DESCRIPTION: The menu choices are very slim for vegetarians. Food here is pretty bland. Atmosphere is OK. Food is pricey for what you get. This place always reminded me of an upscale Friday's with worse food. The bar scene here is about the best thing this restaurant has going for it. Pool table and large upstairs bar.

Big Muddy's Sucks
DESCRIPTION: I did not enjoy my time time at Big Muddy's. The staff is very disrespectful. I cannot believe that they would treat a customer in such a way. I plan on telling all of my friends and family about how unprofessional the staff, as well as the managers are. I do not ever plan on coming back and I will tell others not to come there as well. They need to learn how to treat people if they want my business or any business for that matter. They also need to consider a little thing called organization. Tell the staff the same things so that when a customer has a question they do not give totally different answers. I just thought they should know that people are being treated poorly in this establishment and maybe they should consider doing something about it.

Best steak ever.
DESCRIPTION: I wasn't with the idea of any steak at all , but I thought I would give it one more shot. I asked the night attendent at the Holiday Inn Express (Danell) where is a good place to get a steak dinner. She advised me to go to Big Muddy's. Best advise I could have asked for. The food and the waitress (Tiffiney)was excellent. A very pleasent evening.

DESCRIPTION: Absolutely awful. Under staffed & over priced. Mediocre food at best. Long wait for food. The night we dined we waited at the door for the waiter on the floor to acknowledge us, which he chose to pretend he didn't see us. When finally seated we were presented with liver pate' that looked and smelled like it had seen better days, the bread was old and hard, way beyond stale. The salad was wet and wilted and lacking anything other than a wedge of mushy tomato. Long wait for our dinner. We asked to speak to the owner and the waitress informed us he was cooking our food and she would let him know we wanted to speak to him. He never came to speak to us.

Quite Good Mediterian Food
DESCRIPTION: Have dined at Perdinos several times and have yet to be served a dinner that wasn't quite good. All the entrees seem to have a Mediterranean style with a slight taste of Northern Italian preparation. Seafood appears to be their specialty and Perdinos has quite a good selection of shellfish for this area. Dinner prices are reasonable and I've always found service to be top quality.

DESCRIPTION: This is a nice quaint place, the food was well prepared and the ambiance was really good. Very personable waitstaff and they were very open to making the dishes how WE wanted them not the "way they come". I would highly recomend this restuarant to anyone who is looking for high quality food and a quiet place to dine.

Can't go to Grosse Ile without visiting Perdino's
DESCRIPTION: Business is down but I think it's because of the economy. This poses a problem when you order some of your favorites.... they don't have what's on the menu. I was bragging about the perch ... the best I have ever had ... and they didn't have it! If you have a chance .. order the Chicken Perdino .. it's fabulous! They need to do something for the atmosphere . .it's too quiet ... you can hear what everyone is talking about.

Excellent Restaurant
DESCRIPTION: Excellent restaurant with great steaks and a specialty dish called Chicken Perdino. I've never ordered seafood, but imagine it's quite good. Waitstaff was friendly and place a large emphasis on how YOU want the food cooked. Will bend over backwards to accomodate you. Also, very quiet.

Best Restaurant in Town
DESCRIPTION: For a good steak, salad and potato meal, you can't miss with the Ely Steak House. Several cuts of beef, some chicken and, of course, walleye are included on the menu and there are daily specials. Roasted vegetables (quite good) are extra, as are fried onion rings or onions, mushrooms or green peppers atop your steak. The wine list is decent (the Bogle Merlot is excellent!) and the service is brisk. No brunch, just the regular lunch menu on Sunday, but a decent Bloody Mary. Karoke on Thursday nights after 9 pm.
