Good Food - Horrible Service
DESCRIPTION: This establishment has good food but is absolutely abysmal in the service area. I had a 50-person birthday party for my 75 year-old mother-in-law, and Loca Luna could only provide ONE PERSON to handle the service for the event! My 10 year-old nieces were serving water and tea, and I was picking up salad plates and serving the meal! The manager on duty was absolutely pathetic - I would have fired him on the spot. While all of this was gong on, he and some of the other employees were sitting at the bar eating lunch! I had to go back into the kitchen and ride herd on the kitchen crew to serve up the plates so that we could serve the people! BAD PLACE FOR A PARTY OF MORE THAN A FOUR-TOP - AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE ANY TYPE OF GATHERING.

Great Experience
DESCRIPTION: This is a great place with a fabulous atmosphere. My service has always been great. The staff is fun and so helpful. The seafood specials are fresh with flavorful sauces. Great brick oven pizzas, filets, crab cakes homemade soups and fresh thai salad. Creme Brulle's are killer. Inexpensive great wines and Cosmos out the wazoo.

Great Place for a Party
DESCRIPTION: Little Rock. When I decided to throw a surprise birthday party for one of my dear friends Loca Luna was the first place that came to my mind. They have a wonderful private party room with lots of different menu options to choose from. Their special events planner was wonderful to work with and even agreed to meet with me on her day off in order to plan my party. We chose to have appetizers and cocktails, and the food was fabulous. There was a beautiful spread of food set up in a buffet format complete with coordinating fabrics and floral arrangements. They set up a bar for us and the service was wonderful. The bartender even made several special trips into the restaurant in order to mix up some virgin cocktails for the little ones in our group. I would highly reccomend this restaurant for a group of any size.

SERVICE GREAT/FOOD WAS NOT
DESCRIPTION: MY WIFE AND I WENT TO THE DIXIE ON RODNEY PARHAM WHERE MOST OF THE TIME THE FOOD IS GREAT. THIS TIME WE HAD TO WAIT IN ROLLS AND CORNBREAD EACH TIME WE ASK FOR THEM...AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE NOT BROWN. I ORDERED THE SHEPHERDS PIE AND THE MEAT UNDER THE POTATOES WAS NOT A FULL SERVING NOR WAS IT A LITE SERVING, IT WAS PITIFUL. I DIDN'T COMPLAIN THERE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO CAUSE A SCENE AND HAVE TO WAIT ANY LONGER TO GET MY FOOD. WHOEVER PREPARED THIS PLATE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS NOT A SERVING. MY WIFE ORDERED MASHED POTATOES AND THEY TASTED REAL NASTY, SO SHE ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE. WE BOTH FEEL WE JUST GAVE MONEY AWAY TO THEM.

A Great Southern Resturant
DESCRIPTION: Maybe I'm just not into southern foods but every time I got to Dixie Caf the food is just bland. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent but its something about the food I just don't like. Maybe its just my taste but the desserts are amazing.

Best food, best price, best looking owner
DESCRIPTION: Dizzy's is an oasis that would match up with any restaurant in Dallas, Atlanta, LA, etc. ALL their offerings are quite delicious, quickly served, with the freshest ingredients. The owner Lindsay developed all the various entrees herself. I think the best way to sum up her dishes: "They taste and are presented as beautiful as Lindsay herself!"

Great food and service
DESCRIPTION: Food is great. Sometimes too much, but can you get too much of great food. Take it home and savior another time. Service is excellent. Can't say enough. Great looking cast that work their tails off for you.
