"Chili Pie Ii" from P.H.A.T Daddy's, Marengo, IA

1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef round

1 md Onion, thinly sliced

12 Ounce, whole kernel corn,

Vacuum packed can, drained 16 oz Can whole peeled tomatoes,

undrained 8 oz Tomato sauce with cheese

1 t To 2 t dried chili powder

1 t Salt

1/4 t Pepper

1/3 c Sliced stuffed olives

1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

1 1/2 c Tortilla chips or corn chips

coarsely crumbled 1. Crumble meat into a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat resistant, non metallic

casserole. 2. Add onions and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 minutes or until

meat is browned and onions are tender. Stir occasionally. Drain off excess fat. 3. Add corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder to taste and salt and

pepper. Stir to combine. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Arrange olive slices on top of meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

6. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1

minute.

Sunday Brunch is Incomparable
DESCRIPTION: Living in a resort area along the Gulf Coast, we have access to many wonderful restaurants, but whenever we return to our hometown of Marengo we always take all the family to P.H.A.T. Daddy's for Sunday brunch to enjoy an extraordinary dining experience that we don't find here. We've enjoyed other meals there as well, but wouldn't miss the brunch.

Pretty Hot and Tasty Seasoning
DESCRIPTION: Living in Eastern Iowa, I have enjoyed many of the homestyle cooking and the fine dining experiences that it has to offer. This year, I heard of a little place in the town square in Marengo Iowa about 65 miles from my home town. P.H.A.T Daddy's. WOW - The food has a uniquely salted and seasoned blend of flavors that I have never experienced. I never thought that eating Green Beans from a buffet would be so tantelizing to the taste buds. Steamed beans with peppers and onions and butter but there was something else that I couldn't put my finger on so I asked our server, who was adorned in a frilled and fringed shirt what the extra kick was, He replied that the restraunt has their own seasoning that you can buy right there at the counter as you leave, in fact there were two of them. PHAT Daddy's Seasoning and PHAT Daddy's Cajun Blackening seasoning. I had to take a bottle of each, Now when I cook at home I can enjoy some of the same flavor of PHAT Daddy's in my own home cooked food, I just don't get the service and the variety all in one. Don't miss this stop as you pass through the little town with the square.

P.H.A.T. Daddy's is pretty Phat!!
DESCRIPTION: P.H.A.T. Daddy's has a wonderful family atmosphere and is a great place to work. My father Jeff Milner is a great cook. Mike and Jeff together do a wonderful job managing the resturaunt. I recommend you eat there. It's a great place to go with family.
