Disappointing
DESCRIPTION: Anton and Michel advertises itself as an elegant dining experience and sets prices accordingly. However, the decor seems cheap and the atmosphere was closer to a motel breakfast room. The food was fine, but no better. My scallops still had the tough white muscles attached and a little bit of sandy grit. The bread was cold and stale; the hard butter pats over-spiked with lemon, giving them a sour taste. The service was fine, but no different than at a chain restaurant. Overall, Anton and Michel is a two star experience at a four star price.

Disappointed in service
DESCRIPTION: We were very unhappy with the service we DIDN'T receive when we ate dinner on the evening of April 14. There was a large group outside that certainly was getting the majority of all the servers attention. It was unfortunate for my husband and I that we didn't choose to eat outside, perhaps we would have gotten our food in a timely manner. It took a really long time (35 min.) and then we were only offered refills on our ice tea once. :( I stood at the door to see if I could get our servers' attention and when I observed him chatting with people in the party ouside I felt sad that we were totally brushed off.

Worse than Awful
DESCRIPTION: Rude service and frozen. I went there because the hotel suggested it since they have outside seating and I had a dog with me. The concierge made reservations 30 minutes before I arrived (I heard him do it) and they had no memory of it. I had to start to leave before the manager finally turned the outdoor heat on. The worked to hard to be creative and forgot to be good so I ate very little of it and gave the rest to my dog.
