"Creole Skillet" from Alan Wong's, Honolulu, HI
2 tb Margarine 1 md Onion chopped 1/2 md Green Pepper chopped 1/2 c Celery chopped 2 tb Flour 2 ts Seasoning Salt (See Recipe) 2 cn Chunky Tuna 1 1/2 c Kernel Corn Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until tender crisp. Add flour and blend in. Add other ingredients and heat through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano.

My Favorite Restaurant in the World
DESCRIPTION: I love going to Alan Wong's. While a bit pricey, the food is incredible and the wine list is excellent. I highly recommend the Chef's Menu -- they come up with a great variety of menu items and non-menu items. I've been lucky enough to visit Alan Wong's 6 times over the last few years, and each time was as good or better than the time before, even though I didn't think it possible. I've also taken my children, who were both just under 10 at the time. The entire family had a great time, and the staff treated us very well with or without the children. Order anything with seared Ahi! My favorite items on the tasting menu: grilled cheese and seared Ahi sandwich, Ahi wonton (it looked like a huge spider), and chilled two-color tomato soup. (I had to fight my children for the soup!)
