Delusions of Grandure
DESCRIPTION: Basilios tries to be a much higher class establishment than it really is. The ambiance is pretty nice, but the food is just not worth the price. Because of the lack of any other comparable Italian restaurant in the Moscow/Pullman area I have tried it many times hoping for better luck. Everything on the menu seems like it came out of a freezer and was stuck in the microwave. This would be a passable fast food restaurant, but it doesn't pass muster as a sit down restaurant. The only thing I can recomend on the menu is the fish & chips (doesn't sound too Italian does it?).

DESCRIPTION: The best Steak I have ever had! It was called Besteca.....unbelievable! Top of the line service. One of the best things with Basilios is the great portioning......soo much we had leftovers for days! We had a great time wine & beer tasting at the bar also! Nice quiet atmosphere....beatifully decorated.

A Gem of a Restaurant in North Idaho
DESCRIPTION: This non chain restaurant was a pleasure to discover. This is a prime example of what a small independent restuarant should be. The Italian dishes compare equally with any on the east coast or west coast. Simply a fun and comfortable restaurant to dine at.

Real!
DESCRIPTION: You know how you can tell the difference between a good wine, and one that might just look and even smell the same, well we recomend this as being a truely hidden and recomended choice for fantastic "Real" food. We travel through Lewiston Idaho once every month or so and we can not! Not! go back to this restraunt. Go watch the chef! If he doesnt growl at you there is something wrong. "The Chef nazi" And they own it, it is not a chain. But...the food is that good. If your in the area, try it.

Better Than Olive Garden
DESCRIPTION: The price was not fair. It was way less than they could have charged at their restaurant. The atmosphere to me was more authentic to what you'd find in Italy. So it was thankfully not overly Americanized in their tastes. Some may not apreciate the minimalistic appearance, but it is more authentic.
