DESCRIPTION: My husband and I love to eat at this well known restaurant. It is a long way from where we live in Archdale, NC but worth it. We love to travel on the weekends and just end up wherever our (taste buds) take us.

I Love This Place
DESCRIPTION: Elmo's has such a large menu and you can count on everything to taste great. I go to Elmo's at least once a week, either to the Durham or Carboro locations. The staff is always friendly and the food and service is prompt...(and it's pretty cheap).

DESCRIPTION: The food is always good and fresh, and it arives quickly. There is a wide variety of dishes, and they're all good. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and always clean. It's like a 50's diner, but not greasy at all - everything seems healthy. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they go out of their way to be accomodating to children and pets (they have a designated place outside to tie a dog's leash, complete with a water bucket!)

DESCRIPTION: Elmo's Dinner was the first restuarunt I went to as an infant. By three years old I had choosen my favorite dish - Grilled Cheese with apple sauce and a chocolate shake. Now I have moved on to the vegetable platter. I hope that Elmo's Dinner will be around for a lot longer so I can bring my children to it.

DESCRIPTION: I was in Cary for the PONY Nationals (softball) tournament and we needed a place that had some good food and quick service, and Gypsy's was the right choice. I must say the butterfly chips are the greatest chips I have ever had! If I am ever back in Cary I will definitely go there again!

Great place for a quick burger!
DESCRIPTION: Down home cooking and old fashioned flair, from the tables to the staff... The waitress was sweet, friendly and attentive as could be, and was great! I got a hamburger one time that was really good, and another time their homemade pot roast which was very good... The sides were tasty and hot, and I really liked all that I had. The desserts are huge, so you may want to share! The only downfall to this restaurant was the smoking section... It was on one side of the room and the nonsmoking side 10 feet away! I love going here for a quick lunch when I'm out and about.
