"Mr. Food's Osso Buco 12/5/95" from Cafe Lemongrass, Houston, TX
1/4 c all purpose flour 1/4 ts black pepper 3 TB vegetable oil 3 lb veal shank cut crosswise 2" 1 cn onion soup, condensed 1 medium sized tomato : chopped 1 c dry white wine 1/2 c + 2T water divided 2 TB lemon juice 1 TB fresh parsley chopped 1/2 ts garlic powder 3 TB cornstarch 2 cn potatoes (whole); : drained 1 can(14.5oz) carrots : diced/drained In a shallow dish, combine the flour and pepper. Coat the shanks with the flour mixture. In a soup pot, heat the oil over medium high heat and brown the shanks, about 5 minutes per side. Add the soup, tomato, wine, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, parsely, and garlic powder; reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until tender, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water and stir into the pot until the liquid thickens. Add the potatoes and carrots and simmer for 10 15 minutes more until heated through. Probably the worst Chinese dining experience ever!
DESCRIPTION: Probably the worst Chinese dining experience ever! The crab legs we ordered came with almost no meat, and without utensils and forks. We complained several times to our waiter but no actions were taken to correct the problem. We then spoke with the manager (and owner) who told us that "Americans don't know how to eat crab.." and that we had no reasons to complain. This was the last straw! We left the place upset and won't ever come back.

DESCRIPTION: A good friendly Cambodian restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh and the price is great. It is unfortunate that they don't have beer or wine.
DESCRIPTION: This small family-owned restaurant serves fresh delicious food. Their spring rolls are fresh and the sauce is excellent. I love their food. A few of their dishes on the menu you cannot find anywhere else. Too bad they don't server alcoholic beverage here.

DESCRIPTION: This place use to be a diamond in this area and then it was sold again! The service is not very friendly. It seems everytime I go in there the are not helpful or even polite. Once I had a problem with some brownies I got from there and I called and talked to the manager she said "If you cooked it at home you could have had a hair in it also"! I was told these things happen and you can not control it. I called to report her to the owner only to find out that she was the owner's mother! So I just choose not to shop there!
