Joe's is great!
DESCRIPTION: The atmosphere is wonderful. The barristas are skilled, friendly and polite. The prices are fair and the coffee is outstanding. There are cafe tables outdoors for nice days, and warm comfortable couches and chairs inside for those rainy days. Wish you were closer to campus, Joe's! I'd be there every day. brother breeeze

Disgusting bathroom
DESCRIPTION: Stopped in on my way home,to order a coffee and use the restroom. I couldn't even do that! The bathroom was in a implorable condition, it was filthy and had a pungent urine smell. There wasn't any soap to wash your hands. I wasn't about to order anything after seeing that. If I couldn't wash my hands, neither could the employee that would have wait on me.

Go for the bagels, not the atmosphere
DESCRIPTION: The bagels here are quite good: tough and hard on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. There's a wide assortment of toppings (cream cheese and tomato being one of my faves) and breads. Very friendly local staff. However, the decor is incredibly cheesy--posters of New York City everywhere, The Big Apple, the white lights of Broadway. It's excruciating whenever small town tries to do big. Plus the plastic Walmart deck chairs look they were stolen right out of someone's backyard.

Best chopped liver west of the Mississippi
DESCRIPTION: The deli food that I used to enjoy in New York has not been found in Las Vegas until now. Bagelmania has the closest bagels to New York that I've tried. Their store is small but the food makes up for it.

Service at Zi Pani Goes Downhill!
DESCRIPTION: I have been eating at Zi Pani since it opened and have, until recently, enjoyed the experience. Lately the staff attitudes and food quality have definitely gone down hill. Speaking with friends, I found that I am not alone in this perception. I tried speaking with the owner, and he did not care to hear my opinion.

I too agree that service has gone downhill
DESCRIPTION: I too have been giving Zi Pani my business every week since it opened. I meet my friends there once a week. I have always enjoyed it until recently. I too tried to speak with the owner and was not heard. Frankly, I was ignored. There were several patrons who asked for the fans to be turned down or off (it's January). We were told that they had to stay on and were drawing the air up. The fans were in fact pushing the cold air down on its customers. Many sat in the restaurant with coats on. The owner did come out finally after a third person demanded to speak with the owner after the manager would take no action. The owner was very rude and would not let me complete a sentence. You can't be talking about the Zi Pani I Visit!
DESCRIPTION: Zi Pani service is excellent. It's fast, and the people actually remember the type of coffee I order. (So, I always order the same coffee. Nevertheless, it's a nice thing. I'm always wished a good day, and the people who work there are very pleasant. In Eldersburg, they have the very best cappucinno's, and I've tried several other places. One day the owner, who I thought was a new employee, was making my cappuccino. I thought, oh my, I hope he does it as well as the others! Then I found out he was the owner and had trained the others. I love the place! Great egg and cheese bagels, too
